Weight and meds

Hi all,

Guess I'm looking for some comfort tonight. I started weight watchers last

week I've been exercising 30 minutes a day on my treadmill at 4.0 mph at an

8 incline, and doing my Pilate's strength for 30 minutes per day. My

clothes are looser and I feel really good....so I was really surprised when I

stepped on the scale at weigh in tonight and discovered I lost a mere ONE pound

:-( At this rate, I calculate I can lose all my excess weight by October

2009. Talk about depressing! That brings me to the question of meds. I'm

currently taking Cellcept, Atacand, Protonix and Celexa (may need to increase

the Celexa after tonight-LOL). Are any of these meds prone to increasing

weight? Just looking for some reasonable answers or excuses. Thanks for your

input all.

BTW - Still not smoking - Yeah!

Hugs, Rita
