Guest guest
Hi, I've been kind of quiet on this group but now I do have a question for all you knowledable people! What is the best place to turn to when you just can't identify a drug in a dictation? I can kind of understand it but not well enough to locate it. It sounds like, " coidalacathyapran " , I think. It's in regard to ulcerative colitis. " The patient was given IV fluids as well as coidalacathyapran... I'm about to pull my hair out looking for this word!! Thanks for any help you can give me Tammy
Guest guest
I use rxlist.com on a regular basis. Guest guest
I did some digging and I think what you might be hearing is trial of Salazopyrin (generic is salicylazosulfapyridine) per Quick Look Electronic. It's also possible the doc is " murdering " the generic pronunciation. a drug question > Hi, I've been kind of quiet on this group but now I do have a > question for all you knowledable people! > > What is the best place to turn to when you just can't identify a > drug in a dictation?
