Guest guest
---Hey Miss Rhonda, Well, tommorrow is 3 weeks since my tr. I haven't really been that sore. Usually tylenol, and motrin worked. Usually tylenol3 at night since I move around at night more. I think that until the other day, that was my soreest day, but, that was also my first really big day of driving shopping, etc. Probally too much. Right after my tr, I had some unexpected things that were emotionally tough to deal with, (nothing tr related), and I feel like I was able to do ok. If Dr. L had told me I could have started riding my bike at the 11/2 week intervil I would have. My hardest part is remembering my insides still need time off, as with 7 kids, life is in full speed ahead 24/7!! I have been diligent about no vaccuming, pushing grocery carts, picking my little ones up, streching too much, cleaning where I need to bend, etc. My kids are being great and helping where they can. I have been walking about a mile a day, and that feels good. Slow, steedy, flat ground. How exciting you're on your journey this far. hope I've been of some help. hugs~~kelly In TubalLigationReversal , " momt07 " <RJPETTY67@a...> wrote: > Hi , This is Rhonda P.
