Starting Week 3

My name is Jenn and I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am a computer

skills instructor/supervisor for Goodwill Industries and love my

job. I am married to Steve, whom I adore and we just bought our

first house in December. We have a 10-month-old Chihuahua puppy

named Moses who is a constant source of amusement for us.

I have done WW several times starting 100+ pounds ago. This time, I

is different. I have taken care of several personal problems and

have treated several medical problems that were causing weight gain

and making weight loss almost impossible.

My first week I lost 3.8 pounds and today I was down 1 pound. I

weigh in on Tuesday mornings and have a WONDERFUL meeting that I

attend. I usually do well from Tuesday morning until Friday night

and then the trouble starts.

I have a long way to go and any loss is a step in the right

direction. I have a lot of good habits to learn and I know I can do

it. My husband is so supportive and I actually like myself enough

now to do this.

I mostly just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm grateful

for a list like this.

Hi Jenn my name is Billie and I live in Cedar Rapids as well S.E. side. You can

do this ww is wonderful and everyone is so willing to help. Glad to hear that

you took care of a few problems before. I hope that you enjoy the group as much
