Guest guest
10 things that I'm grateful for in my life - 1. My loving husband Sam of 30 years who supports and encourages me. 2. My wonderful son who appreciates everything we do for him and constantly thanks me for being a loving mother. He is a glass blower and is at California College of the Arts living his dream. 3. My wonderful daughter Rebekah who is in a great relationship after being in an abusive marriage. 4. My wonderful son Drew who will turn 21 in 2 weeks who is mature beyond his years and shows me every day by the way he lives life why I wanted children. 5. My sister Carol who knows just what to say when I need encouragement. 6. My sister Diane who is my hero. She is handicapped and has overcome tremendous obstacles to make a life for her and her 12yr old son. 7. A best friend who I can tell anything too who shares my weight struggle and understands everything. 8. A home here in Florida that has stood in the face of hurricanes. 9. A job I love - I work at home teaching voice and piano 10. Each morning that brings with it a fresh start, new possibilities and hope Ginny

Guest guest
Gang, I really need some moral support, I want to get going on core or something, but I am so down right now, my daughter gets married in 1 week. In Florida on the beach. I don't know if core is right or points, I need to know the pros and cons of each plan, and I don't like to count all the time either. Thanks. nancy

Guest guest
Yahoo! Your daughter has found the love of her life..a time to share in her happiness. I'm not sure why you are down---but now's not the time. Your daughter needs your support. You'll have to tell us more so we can give you better suggestions. Guest guest
- LOOK up - this is your daughter's wedding - I know I know we want the weight down - I wanted to be down by my son's high school graduation - I went from 186 to 150 and was upset at the time that I wasn't at goal - well in May 2006 he graduates from college - I " M UP to 172 BUT realistically I could be at GOAL @ 1-2 pounds a week. People I know on core seem to be losing - it just doesn't work for me - but I suggest you try it - some do it to " shake up " plateaus and/or gaining and losing the same couple pounds - (()) I know the feeling of wishing the weight was gone - YOU CAN DO THIS - I am on a CORE email group - if you're interested I can send you the name to join us. There are some really success/wise people on there. aNgel Re: Wonderful in my life > > > Gang, > I really need some moral support, I want to get going on core or > something, > but I am so down right now, my daughter gets married in 1 week.
