Guest guest
My wife and I picked up some dried vegetables at the grocery store yesterday. They seem to be merely freeze-dried, but we're not sure about the point value and we haven't tracked down any nutritional information. I'm sure they're pretty light in points, but I've been wrong about this sort of thing before. -- S. Crawford http://www.mossroot.com
Guest guest
Are they those ones that are snacks like in a round clear container? If so, they are just the veggies so they would be 0 points for a serving. They have strawberries, a sort of " trail mix " that's only fruits, and some other fruits and veggies. REALLY good...spendy, though. > Dried Vegetables > > My wife and I picked up some dried vegetables at the grocery > store yesterday.
