I'm already doing a lot better. Just curious, how much weight have you lost on average each week? How much did you lose the first week or two and when did it taper off? Guest guest Posted August 10, 2005 Report Share Posted August 10, 2005 I think I lost like 3 or 4...wait, let me go check. Okay, I lost 7 the first week. But I had RARELY ever dieted before then, so I think my body went into shock! Also the day before, I completely pigged out. I mean I ate like 75 points, so when I did my first weigh in I bet I was carrying some serious " morning after the binge before " weight. I lost an average of 2 a week all told, but I had kind of a patter of loss. I'd lose " big " (3 pounds), then nothing, then maybe part of a pound, then a pound, then big. So every month I was losing about 7 pounds, but it wouldn't be like " 2 pounds a week " or anything. > WW weight loss > > One week down for me, a lifetime to go!
