One week down for me, a lifetime to go! :) Thanks again for all of

the tips about foods that will help fill me up. I'm already doing a

lot better.

Just curious, how much weight have you lost on average each week? How

much did you lose the first week or two and when did it taper off?

What is a realistic expectation or goal?

Thanks!

I think I lost like 3 or 4...wait, let me go check. Okay, I lost 7 the first

week. But I had RARELY ever dieted before then, so I think my body went into

shock! Also the day before, I completely pigged out. I mean I ate like 75

points, so when I did my first weigh in I bet I was carrying some serious

" morning after the binge before " weight.

I lost an average of 2 a week all told, but I had kind of a patter of loss.

I'd lose " big " (3 pounds), then nothing, then maybe part of a pound, then a

pound, then big. So every month I was losing about 7 pounds, but it wouldn't

be like " 2 pounds a week " or anything.
