Can someone give me their input on this. I asked about it last week because I

was having a hard time with it. I think this is what it says. Does it sound

right?

He walks with 2 canes with an antalgic gait. He has trouble getting from the

chair to the exam table. The s/l mission was full range of motion of the LS

spine without pain as the tendon is swollen s/l informity.

Thanks

Lysa, There were a couple of posts on this last week. Is the first one not

'Examination shows full range of motion...' That would work nicely there if

you can hear that.

I had answered this one last week saying that, though the wording does sound

strange, it might make sense to say " the mission was " if that's what they

were striving for, full range of motion without pain. I didn't have

anything for your second s/l last week, but now that I think about it, how

about " inflammatory, " said really fast? Just guessing here. :o)
