Guest guest
Can someone give me their input on this. I asked about it last week because I was having a hard time with it. I think this is what it says. Does it sound right? He walks with 2 canes with an antalgic gait. He has trouble getting from the chair to the exam table. The s/l mission was full range of motion of the LS spine without pain as the tendon is swollen s/l informity. Guest guest
Lysa, There were a couple of posts on this last week. Is the first one not 'Examination shows full range of motion...' That would work nicely there if you can hear that. Ken It this right? Can someone give me their input on this. I asked about it last week because I was having a hard time with it. Guest guest
I had answered this one last week saying that, though the wording does sound strange, it might make sense to say " the mission was " if that's what they were striving for, full range of motion without pain. I didn't have anything for your second s/l last week, but now that I think about it, how about " inflammatory, " said really fast? Just guessing here. ) Joy ----Original Message Follows---- Reply-To: NMTC To: <NMTC > Subject: Re: It this right?
