He walks with 2 canes with an antalgic gait. He has trouble getting from the

chair to the exam table. s/l the mission was full range of motion of the LS

spine without pain as the tendon is swollen infirmity.

does this make sense?

The first part makes sense to me as in the goal or " mission " is to get full

range of motion without pain, but the last part is what doesn't make sense

to me. The tendon was swollen infirmity? I can't figure that part out.

Can you hear 'Examination shows full range of motion...' That would be a very

common thing said right there. Second part is a stumper.
