Hello again or hello.

I had my ectopic loss on Oct 18 2000 some of you may remember my name I

recognise several names so.... Since I last posted (Dec or Jan I think) I have

also had a molar preg loss But afte 9 mos of stricht Dr care and lots of

waiting the dr has said we can try again and I know from past postings that

several gals here have gone on to have babie and Im scared to death but going to

try. Up until now the dr hasnt let us try mainly becasue of the molar pg but we

have been monitoring my cycles and charting and I go back to his office tomarrow

and we have the green light to try this cycle after the apt of course and I am

scared to death....any advice out there? I can use some right about now. I

remeber talking in the chat room with I think Marci and Mei? Im not sure

but I believe it was you two I have to admit I am pretty fuzzy on alot of

things that happened at the time after the loss of my babies....go figure!

I'm so fuzzy too! I was very active for the first months after my ep

in March 2000. It was like I needed to be here cause not another

soul understood. By Nov or so I was sort of able to pack things up

and I needed to not be here, besides I was just really frustrated not

to be pregnant by my ep due date. I popped in and out after that.

Annviersaries seem to bring me back in here. It may very well have

been me in a chat room once upon a time...I used to be one heck of a

chatter =)! I hope you get that green light and that a safe healthy

pregnancy comes quickly! I'm sorry you lost another baby, that had

to be really hard. I wish you the best of luck and look forward to

hear positive news from you!

welcome back.

I think it's normal to be scared to ttc again. i know I was right after

both losses. My only advice is to try and if it doesn't feel 100% right

emotionally or physically, then maybe you are not ready....

Remember, there are lots of success stories here.. that's what keeps me

going. I just started ttc this month after a 7 month break after a m/c and

bad ovarian cysts. While I was excited to be ttc again, I was scared too.

Now I am on cd 21 and back to be my crazy ole obsessive self, hoping that

this is my month!!

Whatever you decide to do, we are all here for you.

Hello there. I am glad you are back posting again but I am not sure I remember

you(sorry) I did join the group in the end of Jan or beginning of Feb. but have

never been in the chat room but I am glad you are with us again. I had my ep

Dec. 00 and lost my rt tube. I did just read ahead and saw that you saw your

drs today, I know you didn't want to hear that from him but the good thing is,

like he said, after your hsg next week, you will be able to still ttc this

cycle. I started ttc right after my hsg too. There of course is no proven fact

but many say that after having an hsg it can " help " you, some seem to gt pg

within like 1-6 months after having it. Like I said, no medical proof but hey,

all the + thoughts we can get, we will take, right? I wish you lots of luck

with it. Did your dr tell you to take some Motrin or something an hour or so

before hand? Many women here told me to do that and I did. The hsg wasn't too

bad for me. Just alittle uncomfortable for a couple of minutes but it didn't

last long. Others here, I know have said it was painful. I hope yours goes

smoothly and all looks good so you can finally begin ttc again. I know sitting

in limbo really stinks!! Please keep us posted.

Hi yes I was told to take ibuprofen and hour before and I have to take an

antibiotic because I have a heart condition too and I have to start that a

couple days before...I just found out I will have the hsg done on Oct 19.....the

day after my 1yr ep anniversary...add some insult to the injury thank you!! but

I do want it done asap so I shouldnt complain too loud....but I will anyway!!!

LOL

Well I am optimistic I have heard from 2 people saying it is not too bad so I

will go with that!!besides it has to be easier than being ran to emergency

surgery for an exploded tube hey!!! so it is a plus compared to that!!! Ok Im

trying to find an upside to this whole mess! Thanks for the advice and

listening to my rattling off at the mouth!!!!

like he said, after your hsg next week, you will be able to still ttc this

within like 1-6 months after having it. Like I said, no medical proof but hey,

all the + thoughts we can get, we will take, right? I wish you lots of luck

with it. Did your dr tell you to take some Motrin or something an hour or so

before hand? Many women here told me to do that and I did. The hsg wasn't too

bad for me. Just alittle uncomfortable for a couple of minutes but it didn't

last long. Others here, I know have said it was painful. I hope yours goes

smoothly and all looks good so you can finally begin ttc again. I know sitting

in limbo really stinks!! Please keep us posted.
