Guest guest
This pt has presented for progressive shortness of breath. The doctor says... " EKG had a single ectopic beat. There was poor R-wave progression per my interpretation; however, no other acute changes noted. EKG and troponin I are within normal limits. " So, is this EKG within normal limits with poor R-wave progression? This doctor is half asleep while dictating, so I just want to make sure I understand him correctly. Thank you so much!
