I printed out one that was 234 lbs(my starting weight) and one that was 209(my weight now) and my dh said it looks just like what I have lost. I am down 2 lbs this week. I stuck to the Wendi Plan and I am going to do it again this week and see what happens. Since I still can't walk much or stand much with my ankle/foot injury, I have started doing the WATP 1 mile while sitting, I just sort of do some goofy leg movements....lol.....my DS says " why don't you stand up and do it? " ....lol.....he just does not understand yet. And I have been doing the arm movements too with the weighted balls.
