How about omeprazole? It comes in 20 mg and is for GERD and ulcers.

Drug help

Patient with leg cramps, hypertensive cardiovascular disease, chronic

obstructive pulmonary disease with asthma, history of peptic ulcer disease, and

irritable bowel syndrome.

In med list: s/l " oxeprazole " 20 mg. The closest I can come is oxarbazole (in

D & D), but I cannot document this elsewhere or find a dosage it. Any ideas what

else this could be?

Thanks!

I thought of that, but he pronounces it " oxa-PRAY-zole, " so my guess is

probably not. But thanks for trying!!!!

Hi a!

I don't know if this is any help, but here goes. I went to this site

<http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/rxlist.cgi?drug=*zole>

http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/rxlist.cgi?drug=*zole and searched with *zole

and looked at all the possibilities that came up. You may want to take

a look in case you see something better. If your doc is eating a peanut

butter sandwich, maybe this can help. LOL

esomeprazole a GI drug is available in 20 mg.

Not much better than 's answer huh. At least we tried. :)

Best of luck!

Oh sure a! Sorry it was so late. I guess that's what is so neat

about this group thing. I absolutely love it!!! Hope you have a great

evening!

Re: Drug help

Thanks, Debi. I had to send it in with a blank, but it sounds like your

guess might very well be right. And I should have tried what you did

myself--I'm afraid I never thought of it. Thanks for the reminder.
