Guest guest Posted May 3, 2005 Report Share Posted May 3, 2005 I spread my meals out too... instead of having salad, entree & fruit all at one meal (lunch or dinner) I have salad as a snack... entree at mealtime... fruit as another snack later... just works better for me! I do the same with breakfast... have yogurt w/fruit when I get up... then an hour or so later when I feel a little hungry I have oatmeal or cereal. I never ate breakfast before because I didn't like eating a big meal when I got up... now having the little snack (I eat the fit & fiber which is only 4oz & 1 pt! and an apple or orange) gets my metabolism revved up without making me nauseous from eating too much too early. Helps eliminate bingeing for me also... if I would have planned better on my trip...
