And I would be very upset if it happened to me. But marking her territory? Oh, brother. Salli

Guest guest
Today I got a new rug. It's an area rug, much needed for our family room...It's about 10' x 9' and, if I do say so myself, a pretty nice rug. Jacqui discovered it when she got home...The following are her reactions: 1) Standing in the kitchen, mouth hanging open, spitting on the floor. 2) Proceeds to bring books, paper and a pencil on the rug and getting very irate when I told her she was crazy to think she was going to DRAW on the rug... 3) Proceeds to get a crunch bar out of the top cupboard...(I know this because I caught her when I heard her dragging a chair across the floor)....thought she was going to sit on the new rug and eat the chocolate....HAHAHAHAHA...silly girl.. 4) ...and the cherry to top it all off? I was loading the dishwasher and saw her get off the couch and start rolling around on the rug and making odd noises. OK..that's cute, she likes the new rug. Then I look closer. She has a skirt on so I can see her underwear....and by golly, it looks WET! No. NO! It CAN'T be!!! I walk over to her, touch her underwear, and.... yes folks, it appears Jacqui was marking her territory. After I scolded her and told her to go to the bathroom and change her clothes, she looked at me and said " Am I going to bed early? " Oh how I wish, little girl....how I wish....
