" I wouldn't want anything to be " distorted " nor would I want anyone to " go easy " on me...BUT I DO expect that what is being represented to me is being represented within the context it was given. I really believe Health Care Professionals can use verbage that does not sound condescending in writing. And if you are talking about evaluations, especially by a psychologist, I believe opinion DOES play a roll in the outcome. My point is that everyone should be on the same page. Penny Re: OT - I AM SO IRRITATED! I have to disagree with this. The documentation must be factual, and can never be distorted to 'go easy' on whoever might be offended by reading it.
