Guest guest
Hi Amy, I can't agree more. Even being down to 14%, I am still exercising for an hour 5 days a week. I get on the treadmill for at least 4 miles, and do abdominals and weights for my upper body. I KNOW I have more energy and feel so much better after I exercise probably partly because working up a good sweat helps to get rid of at least some of the toxins. I am glad you were able to pinpoint the bubble bath/bladder infection link for your daughter. My pediatrician told me when my girls were young that bubble baths should be a rare treat and not the norm to prevent cyctitis. In a message dated 8/9/2005 12:57:16 P.M.
