I'm going to be starting the program this week and I was just wondering

what everyones success rates are? I know every body is different but

I'm just curious, thanks!

n,

I started in January. I lost 4 pounds before WW and 16 pounds

through WW and feel good. It is worth it! Seven more pounds and I

will be on the top of the wieght chart--tbe shaded area for my

height--and hope to drop down into the middle of the shaded area.

Have not been down there for 20 years.

I was about 1.5 lbs a week until I hit a plateau. The

norm is 1/5 lb to 2 lbs per week. It depends on a

variety of factors including your current weight. If

you're close to your ideal weight and trying to lose,

you won't see results fast at all. If you're further

from your goal, you'll have faster initial results but

slow down as you approach goal. Good luck!

I lost 26 pounds at about 1.5lb/ week, and then I slacked off a

little. I have been more or less maintaining for about 6 weeks. This,

however, is entirely my fault and not the program's, and TODAY I am

recommitting to being a SERIOUS Weight Watcher once again. It's too

important to me.

I lost an average of 2 pounds a week over 10 months to lose to my goal

weight in 2002.

-92 pounds

I've maintained at -100 + (give or take a few pounds) since January 2003

I've kind of stalled since I stepped up exercising, but I've noticed a

HUGE drop in inches, and then just this morning all of a sudden I'd

dropped like 3 pounds. Whoooohoooooo!

I love me some AP's...I earn at least 8 a day. That way I can pretty

much eat anything I want within moderation. Most days I end up not

using all my points because I just can't eat them all, also, I've

noticed since increasing exercise I am really hungry, I eat, then it's

like I completely forget about food till the next time I am hungry.

Which is weird, because I've always been an emotional eater. Perhaps

exercise is taking care of that for me.
