Guest guest Posted August 2, 2003 Report Share Posted August 2, 2003 Patient has multiple problems including end-stage renal disease, coronary artery disease, carpal tunnel release surgery, and failed transplant surgery. Drugs that I am having a problem with are s/l wortsed or vorsed 10 mg 1-3 p.o. q.d. p.r.n. Nephro-calci and Nephro-vite (are vite and calci capitalized? ) Also she is status post previous failed transplant x 2 --- would you type times two?
