Down 9.4 lbs since Sunday! =) (There was some major water loss from overeating during Spring Break and TOM, so that was a huge factor...but I've never been able to say I've lost that much in a week, so I'll take it.) I've also started taking a water aerobics class at the YMCA that is actually challenging for me...and a lot of fun! I was considering going back to Curves, but found that the reason I missed it so much, was the people...not the workout. Now, I have the people and I don't have to spend anymore money. =) I also got the " Yourself Fitness " game for the Xbox, so I can work out at home on the weekends, when I'm much less likely to want to drive to the gym. It's kind of weird following a CGed character named Maya...but it could be worse. I will do GREAT Monday through Friday & then on Saturday & Sunday... I swell up like a water balloon... I'm considering going to the doctor because my tongue even swells up! Guest guest Posted April 3, 2005 Report Share Posted April 3, 2005 We have been going to the zoo or other outdoor activities... I try to drink extra water... Two weeks at the zoo for 5 hours each... then, last week we were outside all day Saturday at our church's Easter egg hunt... this weekend we went to the zoo again... we walked around for 8 hours! I drank ONE Diet Coke yesterday, but the rest was water & I have drank water today... I use Weight Commander & so check my weight every day... yesterday morning I was at 306 & this morning I was at 308! That is a HUGE gain... usually I only go up one... may be two or three days of one lb... but never 2 in 1 day!
