Yes, getting off gluten a couple of years ago made an *enormous* difference to my digestive health, though I haven't noticed many systemic improvements. I'm undergoing immunotherapy (desensitization drops) for the other allergies and am on a gluten-free/low-glycemic/anti-allergy diet, but, as we all know, it's hard having a body in revolt. Would love to hear from others coping with multiple autoimmune/inflammatory conditions...
