I found the fact you said you used the creams for a year then had no flare ups interesting.I had to be on the candida diet and nystatin for 4 months before getting any results.I see so many women giving up before they have given the treatment a chance to work. Unfortunately it can take awhile. If a person constantly switches treatments every few weeks, they are not giving the treatment a chance to work. We all want to be better instantly but I found patience and staying on the treatments for a period of time was the key to feeling better.

Hi:

I still had flare ups, but not after sex or my period. If I got an infection during that time, I would get a flare up. But, the worst ones were after my period or sex so I got a break with those.
