He write an article in the local paper on nutrition/weight loss and he is a professional motivational speaker. He lost somewhere 60 pounds 10 years ago and has kept it off. is a live wire known by many here. He leads 3 WW meetings because he wants to give to us what he received from his leader that totally changed his life. Cool...he? Well....If I can post the address that will be great and if not that is ok too. is working on a free e letter to encourage us WW folks.
