Guest guest
Yea, it's a good one. We get up this morning to a clogged up toliet. plunges the toliet. Problem solved. Toliet gets flushed a bit later and backs up into the tub. Upon further investagation we learn that it has also backed up into the second bathroom, tub and toliet both. calls work and tells Mike he is going to be late coming in and he will be there when he gets there. opens the crawl space in the laundry room to go down to check the plumbing for a trap thingy. What happens? We get another big surprise. The crawl space is filled with about three to three and a half feet of water and the sub-pump didn't kick on. Wonderful. and spent several hours about three weeks ago fixing that thing where it would kick on. calls work and tells Mike he isn't going to be there now and makes the crack, " I would tell you to put it down as a floating holiday but that would just be gross " (they get two floating holidays a year) So we have to run out to get a plumbers wrench for the plumbing. We get home now (it is now 7:00) and there is still water in the crawl space. Another foot to go. That foot is the length of the house. We are still hours away from getting down there to get to the plumbing. SIGH! Today sucks! Is it over yet? Georga Hackworth Men. Guest guest
It's fixed. It's been a real trip. Dalton has been pealing the wood covering off the doors. Someone went and flushed all these wood strips from the doors down the toliet. That coupled with the excess use of toliet paper made for a real mess. Georga Hackworth Men. Guest guest
Well, you know what the killer was? The toliet backed up again the very next day into the tub again. I fear I am really going to hate the plumbing here. Georga Hackworth Men. Can't live with 'em...can't trade 'em in for their weight in chocolate.
