Hallowell Seminar on ADD, Kids, and School

Saturday, April 29, at the Crowne Plaza, White Plains, NY

World-renowned ADD expert, Dr. (Ned) Hallowell, will be giving a

seminar entitled " How to Help ADD Kids Succeed in School " on Saturday, April

29th. This program includes the latest information about ADD. It is for

parents and teachers with an interest in learning how to help children with

ADD take best advantage of their school years. The seminar will be held at

the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 66 Hale Avenue, White Plains, NY. Directions to the

How to Help ADD Kids Succeed in School - 10 am to 12 Noon

This seminar, in lecture format, will address issues of importance to

parents and teachers of children with ADD:

diagnosis and medications

building self-esteem

strategies for classroom success

other learning disabilities associated with ADD

managing social issues

parent and teacher roles

the different challenges of elementary vs. middle school

Problem Solving Conversations with Dr. Hallowell - 1:15 to 3:15 pm

Dr. Hallowell will devote this session to answering questions and

discussing, with participants, the issues that come out of the morning

session. Many should find that they share similar concerns, so hearing

others' specific questions, as well as the dialogue that follows, is sure to

be stimulating, informative, and inspiring.
