I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the inspiration

you've given me over the last week. I've been a Lifetime member for 3

years now and have been able to stay within my goal weight all this

time. In January I dropped my goal weight by 10 lbs in an effort to

get away from the high end of my " WW recommended weight target " and

down into a more middle ground. I've been struggling with a plateau

for 4 weeks now and last week I weighed in and was up 1.6 lbs. I was

so angry and frustrated that I came home and just sat at my computer

and read and read and read all the posts I hadn't gotten to from all

you folks. I got so inspired and I realized I hadn't been careful

enough when counting my BLTs and my meals out. In fact, Tory's post

about DWLZ reminded me that I had eaten out at Houlihans and just

guessed at the points, instead of preparing myself before I left. I

had estimated a 12 pt meal, and Dotti's site counted it as 20. I

almost fell out of my chair.

Long story short, I am down 2.8 this week and am the lowest I've ever

weighed. I only have myself and you all to thank. Please don't stop

inspiring each other, WW works. Motivation is like a muscle, the more

you use it, the stronger it gets.

Hi Sharon,

I don't think I've ever shown anyone my before picture. But now that I

look at it, I feel even better :) I'm 23, keep in mind, so this

picture is me at 17 dressed as a tourist for a high school function my

senior year. http://www.designsoup.net/ww/before.jpg

This is me about a year ago, which is only about 5 lbs up from where I

am now. http://tinyurl.com/6ehzs

I feel like a different person!
