Guest guest Posted February 11, 2005 Report Share Posted February 11, 2005 Hi, I allow myself, what I call a blow-out once a week, which I take a meal mostly dinner and eat whatever and how much I like for that one meal. I get back on program the next day and stay until the next week and do if all again.
