Streaking on Sunday

Today's streaking consisted of a 2 hour house-cleaning. I hate for my

first day to be a non-aerobic exercise, but I usually take Sunday's off

and today's ice/snow mess certainly didn't help. I'm going to make a

point to go to the gym next Sunday (since my new gym, the YMCA, is

actually open on Sundays! =Þ)

Sunday: I did 45 minutes on the

crosstrainer/elliptical and 25 minutes on the

(upright) bike at the gym.

My goal for my streak is 3 miles of something.

Whether it is my walking tape, the bike, the

crosstrainer, the treadmill or just me

walking/running... 3 miles a day.
