Dear Outta Hear,

You certainly don't offend me and my comments are interspersed within your

E-Mail.

Agreed 110%

MOLINA,

It's Molino not Molina and that's my only hang up about your E-Mail you see

on the bottom of EVERY E-Mail I send for the most part and certainly on ones

to any list I add my full contact data and I include the last name of my

forefathers which I am quite proud of as a third generation Italian American

(not

that I have any issues with the other vowels and their origins mind you I'm

just a proud to be of Italian decent).

YOU HAVE MORE DEGREES THAN A THERMOMETER

Actually I have no degrees. I have about 70 hours of college credits but not

a single degree. I do hold multiple certifications that I am as proud of as

my Italian heritage. I have had a wide variety of working experiences, all in

the realm of emergency services and I am quite proud of that as well. In

fact at times I have felt my pride bordered on vanity but I have done what I

claim to have and I can prove it.

YET YOU HAVE NO CLEAR IDEA EXCEPT TO CRITICIZE ANY IDEA THAT DPOESNT APPEAR

TO COME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH.

I will tend to disagree with ideas and concepts that I don't agree with but

I try to do so in a professional way, every now and again my Grandmothers

temper rears its ugly head but these things are a matter of genetics and cannot

always be helped. When I get into a professional discourse with someone whom I

disagree with I try to respect them and their opinions and all I ask in

return is to be treated in the same manner.

ANYWAYS, THAT IS WHY WE SHALL ALWAYS BE A MINIORITY AS A PROFESSION

AND WE SHALL CONTINUE TO LOSE FINE PEOPLE TO OTHER

PROFESSIONS...PROFESSIONALS WHO SEEK IDEAS AND STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.

If I am understanding what you are saying (and I'm not sure I am mind you) I

agree that we will never be seen as a profession (we are simply not seen as

one in any circles that I know of at this moment in time). Unless and until

we agree to disagree on some points and make some attempt at unification you

are correct in your point.

MAYBE THE AFL-CIO IS NOT THE ANSWER THOSE OTHER GROUPS HAVE DONE

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN OUR FAVOR. MOLINA JUST MOUTHED OFF

BUT.HEY..MOLINA..........GET OFF YOUR MOUTH AND START ACTING FOR EMS

In Texas I have tried to do just that I am active in EMSAT and I am active

in the SFFMA as well. I am a Member of and I am active in NAEMT. In NJ I was

active at all levels of the same types of organizations since I joined a local

VFD in 1981. I have written over 3 dozen letters to lawmakers on behalf of

EMS and the like since I moved to Texas in 2002.

I've been to 4 Conferences here in Texas and countless in the US and abroad.

I do a fair amount of pro bono work teaching and the like for some

organizations near my home.

What else do you suggest I do?

INSTEAD OF COMING UP WITH BRAINSTORMS THAT SHINE UP LIKE LIGHTNING AT

A DISTANCE BUT NO RAIN.

That must be one of those Texas colloquialisms as I have not a clue as to

what that means, educate me if you deem it the right response?

ANYWAYS..........GROUP...MY APOLOGIES IF I OFFENDED ANYONE,

MOLINA...INCLUDED. FRUSTARTION KICKS IN WHEN YOU MAKE AN AEFFORT

FOR A CAUSE THAT IS NOW DEEMED WORTHLESS. GREAT GROUP...I WILL

LEAVE YOU TO YOUR DECISIONS AND DISCUSSIONS ON BLUE PENS OR BLACK

PENS.

I hope you change your mind and stay, your input IS valued at least by me.

OUTTA HERE

Oh if I must have one criticism it's about the all caps, most consider that

to be shouting and that's not really needed as I was paying attention even if

you seem to think your opinion is not of importance as I do.
