Guest guest
, Lee also has a whole wheat bread that is very good. I prefer it, but I also get the Village Hearth bread and buns. I love those 1-point buns. Anyway....where in MN are you? I'm down south, less than an hour from Mankato. Lyn Re: Re: Survived one challenge...another tomorrow I can see your point. I have been on WW before, but this time around I guess I am still in the honeymoon phase where I think a miracle is happening to me if I just keep doing my part. I'm betting that when things slow or stall, it will no longer seem miraculous! And then the worries like you're talking about will start to creep in. Today at Sam's, in addition to the Sansone book/DVD, I found WW whole wheat bread! I never even knew it existed! I don't use bread very often, but there are times when a sandwich is JUST what I want, so I'm anxious to give it a try. Lately when I've had a sandwich, I've been using the Village Heart light buns, which I think are great. I worry that my body is rebelling and I've lowered my metabolism. I've been 3 pounds over my " happy weight " for over a month now and I'm going insane. I know I'm doing everything right. I know I'm exercising plenty. I know I have an excellent balance of fat/protein/carbs (I journal in Fitday as well as on Wwers.com). I know I burn more than I eat, yet I can't seem to shake these pounds that " found " me when I wasn't looking. If I'd overeaten then I could say " Well it was those three days " but I haven't, so I can't point to what caused it. That makes me MORE crazy. But in the end you're right, I have to accept that I'm doing right by my body and it will eventually either work itself out, or I will have to accept that pushing 40 might mean I'm pushing a few more pounds over the hill. I'm certainly " over " weight by any means. Tory
