I think Sam Rockwell will be perfect as Zaphod. I've seen pictures of him.

Actually, my sources tell me that Warwick will be playing Marvin. You

probably know him as Willow Ufgood.

I hope they do a good job on the movie. I'm actually pretty hopeful; the

director, like , knows what he's up against when it comes to the

H2G2 fan base. The script contains almost nothing that was not written by

himself (I understand that some extra stuff was written to

clean up some continuity problems that DNA himself hadn't had a chance to

finish before he died).

The first two radio series came first, then the first two books, then the BBC

television series, then the rest of the books, then the third series (still

in production, I understand -- I haven't heard it, though my brother-in-law

has it as MP3 somewhere), and now the movie.

It was truly a dark day for geekdom when died.

Very few people can outgeek me. Bring it on.

ObWW: Eating healthfully at a science fiction or gaming convention can be a
