Guest guest
I still remember the very first night Curtis Burnett drove as a non- member driver for HCEC. It was Station 4 and he wanted to leave, but I talked him into staying. After that and every time he ran into me he would always blame me for getting him " into this business. " Of course he was smiling, laughing and hugging me at the time he was blaming me. What I can tell you about Curtis is that from non-med driver to Paramedic he was dedicated, reliable, kind-hearted to his patients and interested in learning and growing. He will be missed not only in this industry but by his family. We now have another Angel as the Wind Beneath our Wings to continue leading and guiding us through our EMS journey. May each of you be blessed, continue to have rubber to the road and rotors to the sky with the wind in your hair.
