I'm not clear on the subject of activity points. I always thought that the way

to lose weight was to expend more energy than you put in. If you add activity

points in there and eat more, won't you stay the same weight?

No, an activity point to basically 100 calories burned and 1 food point is

basically 50 calories. So you are burning more than consuming when using your

AP's.
