I am glad I added a bit of peanut butter and wheat germ to mine (yes, and accounted for the additional points!). I also bought breakfast bars, and made myself a healthy lunch today... and left it all at home! Booo hooo! Well, I'll go out and have a salad today, and now my lunch is all packed for tomorrow. One less thing to do! LOL I feel great about being back on WW, about making a lifestyle switch. I'm surrounded by a bunch of Atkins/low-carb people at work, and certainly lower carbs is important.
