Christmas WI

A Christmas first for me! Last week's WI was discouraging: I'd been

very carefully OP and gained 2lb. But this type of gain one week of

the month is a pattern, so I was pretty sure it was water. This

morning at WI, not only had I lost those two pounds I gained, I lost

2.2 more, putting me at 212.5! I'm all excited.

On the other hand, today is the 4th day in a row that I went over

target points. (Today was only 2.5 over, but still.) I need to get

back to target points again -- can't get into a habit of eating over

every day.

Also, my husband got me a stability ball and a DVD that goes with it

for Christmas. I'm looking forward to starting some toning exercises

this week. Anyone else get anything food/WW/exercise related for

Christmas?

How exciting JB! Way to go. Last week at my weigh-in I also gained which was

extremely upsetting for me. It was my first weight gain in the 11 weeks I have

been doing WW and I HATED it going in my book! I am not feeling much better

about this upcoming weigh in on Thursday, but perhaps I will get good news like

you did!

I got the Youself Fitness xbox 'game'! It's like a personal trainer

& they say no 2 work outs are the same. I'm really excited, been

wanting to try it since Sunday, but I came down with the stomach flu

instead! Ugh!
