Guest guest
Someone asked this, and I can't find the email... rather than dig through I'll just post this separate. Cytomel and Cynomel brands are the ones that I've tried this personally with... though I think they are really the same brand, just a different spelling (same source, same bottle, same labels, different spelling).. anyway... Yep.. I've done them both sublingually.. I learned it from someone else... she was doing crummy the T4 only meds her doc gave her and i sent her home with a few Cytomel tabs with instructions to quarter them, after all our discussion on natural thyroid and sublingual dosing she did the T3s sublingually and I got a call a couple of days later asking where she could buy some more! So.. of course I had to try it.. and sure enough it does work. What I love about sublingual dosing.. well, actually a few things.... you dont' have to time meals and meds, you dont' have to time meds and other pills, you get consistent dosing with no variables, makes it really easy to multi dose and spread the hormones out more evenly.. huge plus for those of us that are crummy converters.
