Yes try and take tablets everyday but haven't latley cause I am

having to take 2 400mg of vitamin E my oncon said that would help

with my neuropathy, Plus my one a day vitamin, and the 1200mg of

calcuim with D, Then at night I take my tamoifen and a pain pill for

my neuropathy (the tamoxifen had made it worse). 5 years of all

these pills!! Dang it!!!.....lol Hope it is worth it! lol
