I'm due to start my first round of chemo next friday and am curious if

any of you take supplements/vitamins while on chemo or do they not

recommend that? I'm a triple negative no node involvment in that would

make a difference

Hello,

Yes, when I had my chemo, I took supplements cause my body been so

tired and achy . You might need to ask your Onco before you take those

some people said, might interact your treatments.

Hi –

I didn’t take any extra vitamins or supplements during my chemo. Just

multi-vitamin and calcium that I’ve taken for years. I’ve been told that

you have to watch what you take during chemo as it might counteract it

somehow. Others in this group might be able to get more specific. Always

good advice to talk to your onc about this.
