Topper,

When I was first diagnoised with the graves I found the National

Graves Association. They say you do the RAI and get well. I now know

thru the groups that is one of the worst sites anyone with graves

could go to. They moderate all the posts on the forum and allow no

anti RAI stuff on there at all and ban members that try. I didn't

discover the Yahoo groups till a few years later. Big Sigh!

Stress....It's an everyday thing! YOu go girl keep stressing the me time!

Have fun with your baking today!

...and I bet they don't talk of any of the potential side effects.

In my case it was do it or die... Okay.. I have to deal with that.. but

if I'd have been aware of potential future problems I'd have been on the

look out and taken steps to minimize them.. that would have been the

right thing to do.. but they don't tell you squat...

...... quietly climbing down off soap box...

too nice a day for an oratory...

Baking was wonderful.. after yesterday being pretty crappy for me I was

pleased that today went well. Got all my chores done in proper time and

all my little meals (27 of them) are set up till Monday... just 'grab n

eat' all weekend!!!
