Been thinking is there any vitames or something you can take for not feeling soo tried.. I mean it picks you up a bit.. Or any foods .. Tempy

Hi Tempy,

I have heard that eating fruit at breakfast time boosts hormone production.

In any case, fruit is very important for all hormones. Personally, I can't

eat fruit first thing in the morning - except bananas - it makes me feel

queasy. But we're all different...
