Guest guest Posted May 13, 2007 Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 When you changed your eating habits did you lose a bunch of weight? I know you used to work out a lot, I bet you were really fit. How has that affected your self-esteem since you aren't able to do that anymore? I just can't seem to kick the sugar/carb cravings. I try, and can do it for about 3 days, and then if I have one little bite of something, that's it.
