Guest guest
, I haven't been able to be on the list for but a minute or so since nearly a week ago I think but as misery does love company just wanted to let you know that I forgot that I (you are not alone) also get that mystery rash (actually I see it as a burn now) on that SAME hand spot. Reason I recalled is that I have had it now for about 3 days (then I remembered telling you I did not get that) but only on one hand in that area you mentioned. It is exactly where my lower lip would touch if I were making one of those cold weather fists and blowing into my hand to warm it up. Mine being only on the one had could have something to do with my having reached (that hand with out my trusty glove on) foLr something in water that had been standing or stagnant for a day or so too long. Or putting the hand into dishwasher water (I was using dishwasher soap to soak some things in the kitchen sink and normally my hands never touch that dishwasher type soap (only the soap designed for handwashing). So something to think about. I likely did not put both hand into that dish soap water but maybe you do use both hands for something like that. I find it interesting that there is really no rash but speck like busted blister or flat burn spots (about 6 or 7) and that that is the same area that used to pain me (close to carpul tunnel area) which I connected with a drop in my thyroid hormone in the past. Before the problem area switched to that of my left foot and heel. The only other thing is that I am finishing having had a Viral Cold that has been going through the family. But I seldom have Viral Colds and think I get this hand thing more likely from kitchen chemicals or standing water or hands in bleach products?? Something like that. I had a sister who ended up in the ER with severe burns from putting up pickles and merely putting her hands in a laudry tub size container of water that had yellow size peppers soaking in it. I cannot imagine that there would have been and cut open peppers in that tub but somehow she ended up with severe hand and arm skin burns and at the E.R.
