Guest guest Posted May 11, 2007 Report Share Posted May 11, 2007 What i am having a hard time wrapping my arms around is the fact that if you have high cortisol, at night in my case, and if i add cortisol to that by taking isocort or whatever, wouldn't that make it even higher and thus wouldn't i have more problems sleeping or feeling anxious, nervous? given my results below, how should i be going about dosing and what should i take?
