Any suggestions on the best supplements for the

prevention of osteoparosis. Also someone mentioned

using a powder instead of pills for joint pain. Any

recommendations?

Thanks,

Anita

Glucosamine comes in a powder form. You can get it at a nutrional

supplement store. Perhaps regular drugstores may have the powder form -

they do have the pill form.

I try to remember to take those chocolates or other flavored calcium

supplements a few times a day. Those are available at any drug store or

Costco.

Thank you ,

I believe that both will be helpful to me and my

husband (who has joint pain in his knees and his

hand.)

Thanks again,

Anita
