There are several companies that dispatch agencies use such as Priority Dispatch, Powerphone, and APCO. Even texas has a generic protocol based off of the NHTSA EMD guildlines that is tought by TEEX. If you are looking to get certified for employment and the agency will not send you to the course then I suggest take the course the the agency currently uses. If you just want to have the certification and you are already employed then choose one that is approved by your agency's Med Director.
