Very interesting reading from Merck..

Type 1..immediate ige cell type reaction

Type 2..auto immune disorders ( hashi's etc)

Type 3..acute inflammation disorders such as Athritis etc.

Type 4..delayed reaction, excema etc.

Hope the link explains the connection..JMO but there is a strong

connection between them.
