Guest guest
Well done Topper! Well today I made lunch for my parents. My mum had her 83rd birthday this week. She recently bought a DVD player. She and my dad are not well versed in modern technology and have barely mastered the video player. They were disappointed this week when they bought a DVD and found it had no pictures on it (of course they had bought a CD by mistake). I bought 3 DVDs for her and she seemed to very pleased with them. My Dad's birthday is in a couple of weeks and I spent the afternoon fishing for ideas for a present for him. He clearly liked the idea of DVDs and told me his favourite film of all time was 'Things to Come' made in 1936. After they left I looked on Amazon and guess what..............it is re-issued tomorrow! So for the first time ever I am going to be sure that I'm getting him the very thing he really wants. Back pat for me too! ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Never miss an email again! Yahoo!
