Support groups give us a chance to ask questions, share stories of

symptoms and coping and to blow steam when we vent.

Sometimes we share some good times, some questions that involve things

other than our 'thyroid lives'

We get to share our research and experiences....

All those are good things.

But I am proclaiming today Self Back Patting Day!!!

Tell us what you did today that put a grin on your face, a spark in your

pride bone, and convinced you that today was worth getting up for.

Doesn't matter what it is, doesn't' matter how it compares to what

everyone else is doing... what matters is how GREAT did this thing make

you FEEL today?
