Guest guest
' I am only able to take 1/2 grain armour in the am, and another around 6pm. If I try to take it earlier than 6pm or take more I get hyper symptoms. I only drink caffeine free soda. And as far as the sleeping goes...I take remeron at night to aid in sleep and also help with depression, but there are even times on that medication that I awake at night. I NEVER feel rested when I awake. I usually get up anywhere from 8am to 9am, and even though I am tired throughout the day until early evening I can't fall to sleep if I lay down anyway. And my mornings are Hell,, by the time I get out of the shower I feel as though I am ready for bed again. I usually do better after 6pm, and thats when I usually feel better, but then I also tend to get most of my heart palipations then too.
