I just got my canary club results today and would really appreciate

any and all input on these

Cortisol- Saliva

7-8am= 2 depressed (13-24nM)

11-noon= 9 normal (5-10nM)

4-5pm= 15 elevated (3-8nM)

11-midnight= 11 elevated (1-4nM)

Cortisol burden 37 (normals 23-42)

DHEA 7 Normal (3-10ng/ml)

Estradiol 20 (7-20pg/ml)

Progesterone 243

Free Testosterone 31 elevated (8-20pg/ml)

I just don't understand the depressed in the morning and then going

normal and elevated at 4--5pm and 11-nidinght?

And the testosterone being elevated???? ???? Any help would be

greatly

appreciated.

Thank you

Adrenal fatigue...

As the adrenals become fatigued they aren't able to release hormones in

the morning when we get up... they struggle to make the hormone and when

they do catch up and have enough to release that day, in answer to the

call they got in the morning, it ends up being released later in the

day.. the more fatigued the adrenals the later and later they finally

release.. that's when you starting getting into the inability to fall

asleep at night and the waking up all startled and flustered and not

being able to go back to sleep.

Your's are firing by noon.. so not horribly bad.. depending on what time

you get up each day.

Some questions....

Do you do caffeine in the morning when you get up?

Do you do a healthy breakfast, no breakfast or sweet stuff?

Do you wake feeling rested and ready to go or are you slow to go, not

able to 'get going' until noonish?

Are you able to fall asleep at night and stay asleep?
