Guest guest
Adrenal fatigue... As the adrenals become fatigued they aren't able to release hormones in the morning when we get up... they struggle to make the hormone and when they do catch up and have enough to release that day, in answer to the call they got in the morning, it ends up being released later in the day.. the more fatigued the adrenals the later and later they finally release.. that's when you starting getting into the inability to fall asleep at night and the waking up all startled and flustered and not being able to go back to sleep. Your's are firing by noon.. so not horribly bad.. depending on what time you get up each day. Some questions.... Do you do caffeine in the morning when you get up? Do you do a healthy breakfast, no breakfast or sweet stuff? Do you wake feeling rested and ready to go or are you slow to go, not able to 'get going' until noonish? Are you able to fall asleep at night and stay asleep?
